The 2019 Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 9th October at 20:40 in the Bath House. The first half of practice will take place at usual, starting 19:30.
During the meeting the current committee will review what has happened since the last AGM and the band will have the opportunity to ask questions and raise issues for discussion. After that a new committee will be elected; paid-up band members can both stand for a committee position and vote.
Agenda items deadline
