Cambridge for Cancer Research UK’s ‘March on Cancer’

-Gig Manager: Nell Bailey
-Meet in central Cambridge (exact meeting point TBC) at 7.00pm for a quick turnaround!
-Be in position with drums on the corner of Bene't Street and Kings Parade by 7.30pm.
-Start playing/marching when the first walkers meet us, around 7.45/7.50pm
-March back up to the backs with the walkers in tow
-All done by 8.15/8.20, readyfor the pub maybe?
This one is in central Cambridge for Cancer ResearchUK's 'March on Cancer', happening in 15 cities across the UK that evening.
Arco Iris is going to be there to march the marchers home! They will set off on their march at 7.30, and we will be positioned half way round the course on King's Parade ready to meet them and march them back up to the Backs (Queen's Road).
So, please sign up by replying the email sent to the band, telling Nell your preferred instrument and whether or not you might be able to transport drums. SPECIAL CALL TO ANYONE WHO CAN TRANSPORT DRUMS BACK FROM THE MISSING SOCK GIG TO THE TOWN CENTRE!!! We'll be in our Arco tops and white-bottomed finery perhaps for the last time before Winter sets in...
It'll be a lovely short-but-sweet blast through town in the dark and we are lovely and close to plenty of pubs to warm up in afterwards!!

How to subscribe to calendars in Google Calendar
To subscribe to the Calendar in Google Calendar follow these steps:
- Login into your Google account (going to www.google.com would be a good start).
- Click 'Calendar' in the black bar at the top.
- In the left hand column, there should be a heading saying 'Other calendars', and a box beneath it saying 'Add a friend's calendar'. Enter 'eventsarcoiris@gmail.com' into that box and press enter.
- The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
